By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Section 1 - Handmade Product Disclaimer & Variations

🎨 The Nature of Artisan Craftsmanship All of our products—including resin engagement trays, preservation pieces, award plaques, and accessories—are meticulously handmade to order. Because of the artisanal nature of resin pouring, vinyl setting, and botanical handling, no two items will ever be 100% identical.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that:

Minor Imperfections: Handmade resin items may occasionally feature tiny micro-bubbles, slight surface variations, or minor textural elements. These are not defects; they are a normal part of the curing process and add to the uniqueness of your piece.

Design & Color Variations: Exact floral arrangements, gold/silver foil placement, and resin color pigment transparency or swirling patterns will vary slightly from the product mockup or display photos.

Font & Sizing: Text alignment and sizing may be subtly adjusted by our designer to best fit the length of your custom names or dates on the specific dimensions of your piece.

Section 2 - Customization & Character Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all custom text, names, spellings, dates, and specifications provided during checkout are correct.

We print and cut text exactly as it is submitted on the order form.
We are not liable for errors made by the customer regarding spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or wrong color selections.

Section 3 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Section 4 - Modifications to Prices and Services

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 6 - Third-Party Tools & Apps

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or apps (such as image uploaders or custom product selection fields) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
